Rose TEa

ROSE TEA RECAP

WIM celebrated their 76th annual Rose Tea with the other church women of Union Co. A

big “thank you” to MarJeanne Taulbee for coordinating the kitchen and to the Quake youth

for serving. Bruce Zorman and Dick McConnell pitched in and washed dishes for us. Our guests were treated to music by FUMC Handbell Choir along with a lesson in different kinds of bells. The program, “Women of the Bible” was given by Joyce Geary of Columbus. Our mission emphasis this year was on “Loving Care Hospice” and the free will offering collected $516 for them. Again, many THANKS to all who helped make this special

event happen.
