Pastor Carrie Given - Youth Pastor
Carrie has been on staff at Marysville FUMC
since 2003 as the Youth Pastor.
In 1992 she graduated from Sidney High School
in Sidney, Ohio and went to college at Loyola University of Chicago on a
full-ride academic and athletic scholarship. In 1996 she graduated from
Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor’s in math and computer science
and a secondary education teaching certificate. From 1996-2000 she
taught math to junior high and high school students in Sidney, Ohio.
Fron 2000-2003 she was the Youth Director at Bossier City FUMC, in Bossier
City, Louisiana. In 2003 she became a Licensed Local Pastor in the UMC.
Carrie has been married to her husband Tony
since 1999 and they have worked passionately together to impact young people
ever since. They have two amazing children: Dylan (5) and Delaney (1).
Carrie loves warm weather, reading, outdoor
activities, and anything that involves time with her family!
