Where:            First United Methodist Church of Marysville
                        207 S. Court Street, Marysville

When:             June 16-20, 2008

Time:              9:00-11:30 AM (8:45 AM on Monday only)

Who:               All Children ages 4 years old by June 16, 2008 through current 4th graders
                        (Due to staffing there CANNOT be any exceptions to this age 4 by June 16, 2008 date.)

What:               Power Lab! Discovering Jesus’ Miraculous Power

Closing Program:       Friday, June 20 at 7:00 PM. The children will share some of what they have learned followed by an ice cream
                                    social. (Please bring an ice cream topping to share.)

Registration Information
All children must have this form completed FRONT AND BACK and SIGNED by a parent to be registered.  PLEASE return this form to the church office or to Jenny Wanamaker by June 11, 2008.  Educational materials, snack items, craft items, and other supplies need to be purchased prior to the beginning of VBS. 

Therefore, pre-registration is greatly appreciated. 

Additional Information
To help your child feel more comfortable, we ask that a parent or responsible adult accompany the child to the Sanctuary where they will meet with their Crew Leader.  To ensure your child’s safety, please do not bring your child before 8:45 AM.  At the end of each day, all children should be picked up from the Sanctuary at 11:30 AM.
