That is our mission. We invite you to come and join us as we share the Good News of God's Love and Grace through Jesus Christ by the Power of the Holy Spirit!  

Our Purpose:  To Build and Be the Body of Christ

To  Build:   Setting a foundation.   Building upward in number, and size.  Growing deeper in
                    spiritual strength, wisdom, and power.

To  Be:   The decision to follow Christ.  To love like Him, to forgive like Him, to do what He does,
                and in many ways, to be what He is.  Others see who we are by what we say and do.

The  Body:   A living, functioning, organism that is far more than an organization.  The body is the 
                      Temple of the Holy Spirit.  Healthy bodies are cared for, fed, and exercised.  We 
                      care for ourselves, and we sacrifice for others in and outside our Body of believers.

Of  Christ:   Our Savior and Lord.  The One who died for us the One we follow, and the One we
                     die to ourselves for.   He is our leader, forgiver, empower-er, and friend.  We want
                     every person in our community to meet Him, and love Him.  We want ALL to be part
                     of Christ's Body, the Church.

Building the Body of Christ

• Invite individuals into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ by training and encouraging members in personal evangelism, sponsoring church wide/community wide evangelism events and by directly issuing the invitation into the relationship in worship services.
• Create ports of entry, support groups and sharing opportunities that meet real human needs and in so doing bring people to our church and the Body of Christ.
• Promote oneness and unity in Christ among our members that highlights the positives in one another, excludes no one, bears each other in love and cars for our needs.
• Provide challenges, Christian education for all ages and a broad range of Bible and Christian studies.
• Promote spiritual growth and maturity by offering opportunities to help individuals discover and develop spiritual gifts and to deepen their relationship with Christ.
• Be a church founded on personal and corporate prayer, offering and promoting prayer chains, classes and studies.
• Promote small group and sharing activities for all members that nurture Christian friendships and hold one another accountable.
• Provide a strong Bible-based youth ministry that attracts youth of the community to the program, builds a strong Christian foundation and invites youth into a relationship with Christ.
• Serve as host church for the Central Ohio Emmaus Walks and community and provide fullest support to both Emmaus and Chrysalis.
